
Khushi’s journey is one of resilience, determination, and transformation. Orphaned at a young age and subjected to domestic abuse and systemic challenges, she faced barriers to At just 24, Khushi Rajput has endured more education, financial security, and personal safety. Despite these hardships, she found strength in sports, which became her refuge and ultimately her path to empowerment. Determined to prevent other young girls from enduring similar struggles, she turned her personal battles into a mission for change. Since 2021, Khushi has empowered over 2,220 children by integrating sports education, self-defense training, and life skills development. Through Tinka Samajik Sansthan (TSS), she has built safe spaces where young girls can break free from fear, gain confidence, and take control of their futures. Her structured programs have led to higher school retention rates, improved gender awareness, and increased community engagement, helping shift mindsets about girls' rights and capabilities. Under her leadership, TSS has expanded to multiple training centers, offering employment to young women and single mothers, ensuring f inancial independence and long-term sustainability. Her innovative approach combines sports, education, and advocacy, creating holistic growth opportunities for children while addressing deep-rooted social issues like gender discrimination, child marriage, and child labor. Khushi envisions scaling her model across districts, building a network of trained sports educators, and continuing her fight for gender equality and dignity. Her work is not just about teaching self-defense-it is about reshaping futures, breaking cycles of oppression, and proving that every girl has the right to dream, grow, and thrive.
