CII Foundation and the CII Centre for Women Leadership in partnership with Apraava Energy, launched the Empowering Champions of Change Program in Rajasthan on 25 November 2025. Fifteen women leaders from 10 districts of Rajasthan— Baran, Jhalawar, Dholpur, Sawai Madhopur, Barmer, Jalore, Jaisalmer, Bikaner, Jaipur, and Phalodi were selected through a participatory, multi-stage process. They will undergo training in leadership development, financial and digital literacy, mentorship, and community-based project design.

The program builds on successful implementation in Assam (2023–2025) and continues to emphasise experiential learning, peer circles, and actionable, community-led initiatives.
